Our services include:
- Facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
- Managing the transaction process.
- Reviewing transaction completion where applicable.
- Holding and releasing transaction funds in accordance with these Terms.
- Assisting with dispute resolution.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, E4World does not guarantee the quality, value, legality, continued availability, or future usability of any Digital Product.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You are legally permitted to use the Platform under the laws applicable to you.
- All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
E4World reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate accounts that fail to satisfy these requirements.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted through their accounts.
Users must immediately notify E4World of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach affecting their account.
E4World shall not be liable for losses resulting from a User's failure to protect their account credentials.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account where unauthorized activity, fraudulent conduct, or violations of these Terms are reasonably suspected.
E4World may communicate with Users through the Platform, email, or any official communication channel designated by the Platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and for reviewing communications sent by E4World.
Official communications issued through these channels shall be deemed valid notifications for the purposes of these Terms.
E4World may modify, enhance, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature or service offered through the Platform at any time.
Such changes will not affect completed Transactions unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the Platform.
E4World reserves the right to amend these Terms and any related policies at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Platform together with the effective date of the revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Sellers are solely responsible for the Digital Products they list on the Platform.
By listing a Digital Product, the Seller represents and warrants that:
- The listing accurately describes the Digital Product.
- All information provided is truthful, complete, and not misleading.
- The Seller has the legal right to sell and transfer the Digital Product.
- The Seller will deliver all agreed credentials, access information, and ownership rights required to complete the Transaction.
- The Seller will cooperate with E4World during any review, verification, or dispute process.
The Seller is fully responsible for any inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information included in a listing.
Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing the product description before completing a purchase.
Before approving a Transaction, the Buyer should:
- Verify that the Digital Product matches its description.
- Confirm that all agreed access credentials have been received.
- Secure the Digital Product by updating passwords, recovery information, and other available security settings whenever possible.
- Report any issue to E4World before approving the Transaction.
Once the Buyer approves the Transaction, the Buyer confirms that the Digital Product has been received in the agreed condition, unless fraud or a material breach of these Terms is later established.
Both Buyers and Sellers agree to:
- Act honestly and in good faith.
- Cooperate with E4World whenever additional information or evidence is requested.
- Refrain from any conduct intended to deceive, manipulate, or harm another User or the Platform.
Failure to cooperate during an investigation or review may affect the outcome of a dispute.
Transactions on E4World follow the process below:
- The Buyer submits a purchase request.
- The Buyer completes payment using an approved payment method.
- E4World securely holds the Transaction funds.
- The Seller delivers the agreed Digital Product.
- The Buyer reviews and verifies the delivered product.
- The Buyer confirms successful delivery.
- The mandatory Review and Protection Period begins.
- Funds are released to the Seller after the Review and Protection Period has ended, unless the Transaction is under review or subject to a dispute.
E4World will not release funds before all required procedures have been completed.
Every completed Transaction is subject to a mandatory seven (7) calendar day Review and Protection Period, beginning when the Buyer confirms successful delivery.
During this period, E4World will retain the Transaction funds while monitoring the Transaction and reviewing any reports, claims, or issues that may arise.
The purpose of this period is to protect both Buyers and Sellers, ensure the integrity of the Transaction, and allow sufficient time to investigate any concerns.
If a dispute, fraud report, policy violation, or other issue requiring additional review arises, E4World may continue holding the funds until the investigation has been completed, even if this extends beyond the initial seven (7) calendar days.
All parties must cooperate fully with E4World throughout the review process and provide any information or supporting documentation reasonably requested.
If a User refuses to cooperate, provides false information, or fails to respond within a reasonable period, E4World may make a determination based on the information and evidence available.
E4World charges service fees for providing marketplace mediation services.
The applicable fees are:
- Buyer Service Fee: 5% of the total Transaction amount.
- Seller Service Fee: 15% of the total Transaction amount.
These fees cover services including transaction management, payment handling, mediation, transaction review, dispute administration, and customer support.
Service fees become payable upon completion of the Transaction and are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise determined by E4World.
Sellers are solely responsible for determining the prices of their listings.
E4World does not control, recommend, guarantee, or evaluate pricing, and accepts no responsibility for pricing decisions made by Sellers.
Prices may be changed only before a Transaction has been completed.
E4World may verify certain information relating to a Digital Product or Transaction where reasonably necessary.
Such verification is performed solely to support the mediation process and does not constitute a guarantee regarding the quality, continued availability, functionality, or future usability of any Digital Product.
E4World maintains electronic records relating to Transactions, including communications, submitted information, and other relevant documentation.
These records may be relied upon when reviewing disputes, investigating claims, or enforcing these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All communication relating to an active Transaction should take place through E4World's official communication channels.
E4World is not responsible for agreements, promises, payments, or representations made outside the Platform's official systems and may decline to consider such communications during dispute resolution.
A Transaction may be cancelled before completion in any of the following circumstances:
- The Digital Product materially differs from its listing or agreed description.
- The Seller is unable or unwilling to deliver the agreed Digital Product.
- Material information affecting the Transaction was omitted or misrepresented.
- Either party has violated these Terms or any applicable Platform policy.
- E4World determines that completing the Transaction would create an unreasonable risk of fraud, abuse, or legal non-compliance.
E4World reserves the right to cancel any Transaction when necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of its Users.
Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the specific circumstances of each Transaction and the available evidence.
As a general rule, once a Transaction has been completed and approved by the Buyer, payments are considered final.
However, E4World may approve a refund where:
- Fraud has been established.
- A material breach of these Terms has occurred.
- The delivered Digital Product materially differs from its description.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
- E4World determines that a refund is appropriate after reviewing the Transaction.
Where a refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and applicable financial procedures.
If a dispute arises between Users, E4World may review all relevant information relating to the Transaction, including communications, transaction records, supporting documentation, and any other available evidence.
Users agree to cooperate fully throughout the review process and to provide any information reasonably requested by E4World.
Following its review, E4World may make a determination based on the available evidence and in accordance with these Terms.
Communications or agreements made outside the Platform may be disregarded at E4World's discretion.
E4World is committed to maintaining a secure marketplace and preventing fraudulent activity.
To protect the Platform and its Users, E4World may:
- Review any Transaction before or after completion.
- Request additional information or documentation.
- Temporarily delay or suspend payment releases.
- Restrict or cancel Transactions that present an unacceptable level of risk.
- Suspend or terminate User accounts involved in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct.
E4World reserves the right to take any additional action reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its Users, and its business operations.
Users may not use the Platform to:
- List or sell Digital Products obtained unlawfully.
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
- Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with the Platform's systems or security.
- Circumvent E4World's mediation process after a Transaction has begun.
- Use unauthorized payment methods or payment instruments.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the User's account, cancellation of Transactions, or any other action deemed appropriate by E4World.
E4World may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account if it reasonably believes that the User has:
- Violated these Terms or any Platform policy.
- Submitted inaccurate or misleading information.
- Engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Failed to cooperate during an investigation or dispute review.
- Misused the Platform or attempted to harm other Users or the Platform.
Account suspension or termination does not affect any legal rights or obligations arising from Transactions that occurred before the account was restricted or closed.
E4World respects the privacy of its Users and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Users may not request, collect, disclose, distribute, or misuse another User's personal information without lawful authority or explicit consent.
Information obtained by E4World during the course of providing its services will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect E4World's legal rights, or reasonably required to investigate or resolve a Transaction-related dispute.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
E4World reserves the right to refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate any service or Transaction that may expose the Platform or its Users to legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance risks.
E4World provides digital marketplace mediation services only.
E4World does not own, control, purchase, or sell the Digital Products listed on the Platform and is not a party to the transfer of ownership between Buyers and Sellers beyond providing mediation services.
E4World is not responsible for decisions, actions, or policies implemented by third-party platforms, publishers, game developers, service providers, or any other external organization, including but not limited to account suspensions, restrictions, closures, policy changes, service interruptions, or termination of access occurring after a Transaction has been completed.
Except where required by applicable law, E4World makes no representation or warranty regarding the future availability, usability, functionality, or continued access to any Digital Product after completion of the Transaction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, E4World's liability is limited solely to the mediation services provided through the Platform.
Under no circumstances shall E4World be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
E4World shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control.
These events include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Internet or telecommunications outages.
- Cybersecurity incidents.
- Technical failures affecting essential systems.
- Government actions or regulatory restrictions.
- Acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or public emergencies.
- Any other event beyond E4World's reasonable control.
Affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including its name, branding, trademarks, logos, software, databases, text, graphics, designs, layouts, and other content, are owned by or licensed to E4World and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, reverse engineered, or otherwise exploited without E4World's prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
The Platform may contain links to, integrate with, or rely upon services provided by independent third parties.
E4World does not own or control such third-party services and accepts no responsibility for their availability, content, security, policies, or performance.
Users access and use third-party services entirely at their own risk and remain subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party provider.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any failure or delay by E4World to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Any waiver shall be effective only if made expressly in writing by E4World.
Questions regarding these Terms or any Transaction should be directed through E4World's official communication channels published on the Platform.
E4World is not responsible for communications conducted through unofficial or unauthorized channels.
E4World may revise these Terms and any related policies from time to time to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or business developments.
The updated version will be published on the Platform together with its effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies published by E4World, constitute the entire agreement between the User and E4World regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which E4World's legal entity is incorporated, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, listing a Digital Product, purchasing a Digital Product, or using any service provided by E4World, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all related Platform policies.
Electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
